Learning from Ian's session 2

Team - It was a very inspiring day today. Here are some excepts that I jotted down while listening to Hemalatha. Hope this will inspire you further. (Importance of writing down the learnings is something I learnt from Ian during one of my coaching sessions.)

_You should know yourself before you know the world.
Because of my diseases, I am always looking at myself instead of worrying about others.
Introspection is the key. For every event, I need to introspect on how I reacted to it. If someone is angry at me, it is that persons problem :)
We humans are special. Only we have the 6th sense.
Don't have self-sympathy. Self-sympathy and Fear are the real killers.
Anybody in my place would have been like me.
Our mind is a memory chip. After you die, you will get a flashback of your entire life.
Silence your mind since the mind can play with you. Its important to keep cleansing the mind and bring it on track.
Whatever I got, I deserve it.
You have no rights to put yourself down.
Each family is an institution. Having fought with the British, they definitely know more than us :)
Question: Are you the suffering? or Is the suffering, you?
There was a reason why our fore-fathers used to sit down while eating food and drinking water, so that the colon works effectively.
Having guts to accept negativity is itself positivity.
I want to "inspire" before I "expire".
Dying is not bad. Dying without contribution is very bad._
