Depression

Depression is one of the things which will bring you to your worst, because depression is the thing which will reduce your activity. There is a definition of depression according to me is that depression is nothing but it’s negative thinking in your subconscious mind which only you have developed.

Once you get depressed then you will not be able to think even you will also not be able to do anything. You will become loose. Actually depression will not only affect your mentality even it affects on your health. I mean if you get depressed then after sometime you will look become unhealthy and ill. Depression is just like a virus in computer. I mean if the virus is in computer then because of such virus whole computer will get affected, might be system will get hang or the data will be corrupted. Similar thing happens with our body which works as a computer will get affected by virus which is known as depression. Once depression virus comes into out body then definitely some part of our body will get corrupt I mean definitely we will loose something.

So, what I described above all are only problems which we will face once we get depressed. Now we will consider on the solution to come out from these problems

Before discussing about the solution just I want to ask a question that “Is it really possible that we can come out to these problems?” Yes, we can come out if you decide you can do it whatever necessary thing for this.

First step for come out to depression is that you stop negative thinking because his is the main root of depression. Once you stop negative thinking then there will be 80% chance will reduce the probability of depression. For 20% what you have to do that you should always be happy I mean at any situation you should be happy. I know it’s not so easy but if decide hen definitely you can do. Once you get success to do such thing I am sure you never get depressed.

One more tips I want to give regarding to reduce depression is that don’t think much about any event which happened with you. If you want to think then only think about positive point of such event. Don’t think about negative point of such event because once you start thinking about negative point of such event then again you get depressed and you will get all those thing what I explained earlier. So, my suggestion is don’t think about negative point of any event whatever happened with you or going to happen with you.
